Better than other Japanese companies, no stress, previous team was really good and friendly, flexible hours.
Cons
- Current management is really sick. You can be fired without any explanation just because some birdbrained manager complained about you to bosses in order to hide his/her mistakes by accusing you in it, and you even will not be asked about the situation. - They do not care about quality of their product. Many talented content creators left the company just because no one listened to them. Feedback is not welcomed. - The company hires native speakers for small money to create lessons. And obviously such lessons have a lot of mistakes. - You wouldn't have any career possibilities . - Even if you will do your best, company will not appreciate it.
