Pros

You will learn all about how not to run a business. And you will never return to this company for any position anywhere.

Cons

HR has complete access to any and all sensitive records. There is no oversight whatsoever and the owners don't seem to care. Recently, someone in HR released all worker w2s to a phishing email that sought to mimic a request from upper management. Why didn't the owners require specific sign-offs by key management figures before this information was released? And why didn't they require encryption of all sensitive emails? It's startling to think that this company provides IT labor to AT&T. Innovative told us they were paying for ID/Credit monitoring for us for 12 months. Of course, ID/Credit monitoring is worthless when it comes to thieves submitting annual fraudulent tax returns, and the fact that the free monitoring expires in 12 months is not encouraging when the breached data files have no expiration date.

Pros

Decent pay rate for grads.

Cons

Owner tells employees a lie to tell to customer, then tells employee the truth requiring employee not to repeat the truth or be fired! Owner disables internet to companies when not paid on time. Owner sweet talks customers to get them in the door then lies and even steals from customers! Pay rate is decent with only random small raises, company doesn't keep active books and takes taxes out of employee paychecks then requires employee to pay 1099's instead of filing the w2's. Has changed names to get away from a lawsuit against former company True Care Technology for failure to pay contractors. Have to nag and beg the owner to cut you a check for weeks before you get paid. Owner refuses to give ein to employee's that were paid with w2 taxes withheld. No lunch break given, lunch hour is withheld from check regardless if you took (or were able to take) lunch or not. Very poor communication, although getting better.
