      If you are not blood, you are doomed from the start.

      Bill is a full blown narcissist . Most unprofessional work environment I have ever come across. Will flaunt his political views and terrible opinions throughout the workplace. Also expects you to fill out a self evaluation every year that gets you nowhere.

      Pros

      Co workers are excellent and very helpful as needed.

      Cons

      Company has not given any pay increases to anyone since 2019. Management does not give appraisals or reviews. There is no room for growth and I feel the company leadership is not being truthful about their priorities, which seem to solely benefit themselves and a specific political group.
