Helpful coworkers but poor leadership and no pay raises - C S R Innovative Field Services Employee Review

Company has not given any pay increases to anyone since 2019. Management does not give appraisals or reviews. There is no room for growth and I feel the company leadership is not being truthful about their priorities, which seem to solely benefit themselves and a specific political group.
