Pros
Remote work has changed everything! It has saved me on gas money driving 20+ miles one way, I have more time at home, I can focus more on the job at hand without the disruption of the office environment. I also don't feel like I'm on a clock, I can take my time and finish a project without having to leave to drive home.
Cons
Small company also means not having the proper back up to be able to take a decent amount of time off all at once. I could never take a week off all at once. I usually try to take time off with holidays to get the extra day and only miss 2 -3 days.
