Cons
For a company that has been around for over 25 years, there is not much to show for it. This company went from over 50 employees to half that now; lost over 10 people just in the past year and from all departments. The entire LA management team left in a matter of months and most of them were long time employees. Numerous bad decisions including the appointment of a fraud to a director’s position, promoting unqualified people within so they don’t leave and poor business ethics have lead this company on a downwards spiral. If someone wanted to see how *not* to run a company, this would be a great example. Management continually supports the wrong team in decisions and will always choose the client over its employees. Most people feel that the company’s core values are just a bunch of words on a piece of paper and that no one abides to those values including upper management.
