Pros
ICE is a great place to acclimate to a fast pace which is necessary in commercial furniture. There is a respectable level of senior experience. It has yet to match the average level of talent in the industry and other fellow competitors. Wearing different hats definitely pushes you to exceed and you can acquired a lot of experience in a short period of time.
Cons
There is a lot of confusion on what a specific role should entail. Because of this, many people are overloaded with tasks that belong to other roles. They have designers doing quotes (sales person job) project managers doing add on proposals or time suck task (sales person or a project coordinator level work) and sales people doing project management tasks (not involving operations early on and creating problems on the back end). Upper management lacks the experience to run a dealership and over saturate processes that do not yield lower risks or bigger margins. Start here and move to a more established dealer as soon as you can. No amount of fabricated culture can cover up an ongoing series of blunders.
