Innovation Station

Is this your company?

This company is a very well-functioning cult. Stay away at ALL COSTS - this is far from a real career opportunity! - Sales Representative Innovation Station Employee Review

Pros

- You get to witness what a multi-level marketing scam looks like up close. - If you've ever wanted to join a cult and make barely enough money to survive, this may be the place for you.

Cons

- Illegal working practices (60+ hours a week required, no time off allowed unless the "CEO" deems it appropriate, which is never) - This business is literally a cult. The longer you stay, the more you will be brainwashed into conforming into their cult mentality, down to your few hours off of work being controlled and managed. - You'll be encouraged/pushed to live with other team members to further promote the idea of a "team" and "family", when your only purpose as a sales rep is to continue lining the pockets of the money hungry "CEO" (read: cult leader). - You'll be paid pennies on the dollar in comparison to what the "CEO" makes. - Literally all aspects of this company are a negative.

Pros

The pros are you get to see what you don’t want out of a career. The sales team was nice and helpful but lacked real skills to advance.

Cons

The company is disorganized and has no sense of direction. CEO wants sales agents to work for 50-60 hours a week with no time off.
