Pros

From the top down, this is a fantastic place to work. The field reps all know their trade, the BusDev manager is a fantastic guy, who really knows his craft. The managing partner is easy and accessible, and all in all a great group to work for.

Cons

I'll be BRUTALLY honest... in the 29 years I've spent in the business, this is one of the best organizations I've ever worked for. I went into it not knowing anything about the technology, and the learning curve was steep (for me). but they walked me through everything, and the constant weekly training was key. Thats the only downside, the learning curve... IF you come in with no knowledge.

Pros

Working at this company has been a truly rewarding experience. The leadership, especially my boss Gene, has always been fair, accommodating, and supportive, creating an environment that fosters growth and success. There’s a clear focus on professional communication and providing autonomy, allowing you to take charge of your work. With uncapped OTE, your effort directly determines your earnings—put in the work, and you control your W-2. It’s a place where hard work is recognized and rewarded, offering fantastic opportunities for career advancement in a humane and encouraging workplace.

Cons

Some business processes could benefit from clearer definition, which might be challenging for those who prefer a very rigid framework to work within. Additionally, working remotely can be tough for younger employees who are just starting their careers and might gain more from an in-office or hybrid environment where they can learn directly from their peers and mentors.
