      The schedule is flexible. You really have the daytime hours to yourself.

      It hasn't been easy to hire during the pandemic, especially part time staff.

      The pros are you get to work with some really great people and if you are lucky you can build a really good team and have a successful program at your school

      Cons

      There is no real structure for growth. You have to have a vision for yourself because no one else will.
