Innovation Finance is as much a technology company as it is a finance company. Although the leadership team has a history of building a successful business in the past, they are interested in every new and innovative idea from every employee. The office environment has a Silicon Valley, tech startup type of feel to it. That works well with the overall mission of building something entirely new in an otherwise slow moving and bureaucratic industry. Given the relatively small size and startup nature of the company, employees can participate in every aspect of the business if they choose to. It's been exciting to be a part of something so different and not only be thinking about the future but actually creating it.

Since the company is building something entirely new there is less of a roadmap to follow. Everyone is supportive but if you prefer a very structured and predictable role, you might find it challenging in a rapidly growing company.
