DON'T WORK HERE. - Business Development Associate (BDA) Innovate (UK) Employee Review

I was employed on the 1st of August 2022 as a recruiter by Nataiila Batuchok who work for the company. On my first day at work I was given a task to recruit 30 persons in a day. That was a red flag for me. Prior to that day the company opened a Gmail account for me and a Skype to monitor my activities. When I asked what is the mode of payment they bluntly reply that I will get information after 1 month. I smelled toxicity and insincerity within that 1 week.

I later found out from people that have worked for them for 1 month they complained that the company is owning them till date. They are scammers that want cheap labour to promote there cryptocurrency. I later withdrew myself from them.
