I have been working at Innovate Search for more than a year and it has been a great experience and journey till now. Some key points are - - Management is very cooperative and friendly - You can interact with the co-founders directly - You can learn a lot and work across different verticals. When I joined, I had limited knowledge about online marketing, but as of now I have gained quite a lot by working on different fields like marketing, SEO, content writing, website management and many others - Work is not limited to a particular domain. Each day you can learn about new stuff and related domains

As on now I did not find any cons to report. Hope the management keeps up the good work.

As a start-up company employee one can able to learn the things by his own and can able to learn PHP related frameworks ,i.e. Yii and codeigniter.

The company is not having work from home culture as well as do not have the proper HR management system. Completely depending upon the online HR system which is full of bugs. The management is very hard to its employee in case of salary and leaves.
