Pros
You work with International clients and get good exposure in MR field. Deptt heads are usually supportive of working inclusively and appraisals happen on time.
Cons
Too much redundant management - unpredictive hire & fire policy still lurks here despite loyalty from employees and that too no valid reason is shared. You may work for 12 hours and handle everything but when they plan to lay-off they dont think how much time you actually spent or the total effort involved from you. Only gimmicks of management and you are pushed out. You'd see onsite US employees with higher titles & much higher compensation sitting idle or not even knowing what they need to do, but in India GGN office you need to work your life out. I was too optimistic here, but had a good & rude shock that InnovateMR will never forgo their policy of Hire & Fire when you are not of need. More than half of management have no work to do, but still are employed but in India they keep firing people and bring their own blokes into company for full politics and redundant culture. They won't accept mistakes - never work on suggestions but one mistake and the CEO will be latched to you forever. Tech doesn't work in night even though more than half the company in India works night shifts. Totally unacceptable culture where people are silent only due to higher salaries than other small firms as they won't get hired easily despite everyone trying even now and company portrays something that they don't even have externally. At one end they fire people, other end hire seniors at twice salaries only coz of their own group of people politics. India MD never interested in employees view and hiring/ firing happens so silently that people are not even aware.
