Pros

Smitha Shetty helped me find placements on three separate occasions, one in a Fortune 500 company, one in a very successful start-up and one a top-tier healthcare organization. All three times Smitha provided me with different options available, accurate descriptions of the position and exactly what the hiring manager was looking for. She prepped me for the interviews and followed up with me and the organization to guide me through the placement process. She was respectful of my skill set and experience and mindful of the placing organization's needs.

Pros

There are no pros working here because management lies about everything, unless you are a mother, then management gives you some grace.

Cons

management has no management training or leadership skills ,low pay, absurdly expensive benefits, confusing commission that is not explained well, and questions are never answered, an uncomfortable work environment, resources are not provided to all recruiters, they tried to get me to pay for LinkedIn Recruiter out of my own pockets, they do not match market for compensation. Not a fair amount of time off for recruiters. If you don't have a kid and you want to take a sick day- it's an issue with the bosses. If you commute via train and you want to wfh on a snow day, it's an issue (although when they hire you, they tell you they are flexible about WFH). Recruiters do half of the Sales person's job and Sales gets all the compensation
