      Pros

      The work is very calm. For the most part, if you do your work no one will bother you. It is mostly measuring pieces, ensuring that everything is up to standard, and moving skids. The people for the most part are very nice and welcoming too.

      Cons

      The bosses are very strict, and will look down on you if you do not go to "voluntary" overtime. If they see you sitting around or lounging at all they will be upset. Was yelled at unfairly by some of the bosses.
