Pros
The NYC office is small, and feels like an extended family. The owners are approachable and take suggestions seriously from all levels of employees. Their furniture is good quality and very competitive in the marketplace.
Cons
There is not a lot of room for personal career growth. Because the staff is so small, personality conflicts can be amplified. There is a lot of negative feedback, but very little positive feedback on performance. The salaries are low compared to similar companies, and the benefits package is not very good.
