In the occasion of my 5 year journey with Innoval Digital Solutions, what I truly value in my professional journey is getting opportunities that pushed me beyond my comfort zone and grow continuously. I had the opportunity to work on complex technical scenarios, client-facing responsibilities, onsite collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork. Getting onsite exposure and directly working with clients was one of the most valuable experiences in my career, as it helped me better understand business expectations, professional communication, ownership, and real-time problem solving. The journey helped me improve not only my technical expertise but also my communication, professionalism, work ethics, and overall approach towards delivering solutions. What stood out the most at IVL, was the supportive work culture, mentorship from experienced colleagues, and the trust given to take ownership of critical responsibilities at different stages of my career.
