Great work atmosphere - Distribution Specialist Innovairre Employee Review

Led and developed a restructured finance group. Successfully completed annual audit which team was struggling with when I joined.

Team needed lots of guidance. More than what I've been used to in the past. Upper management was also very indecisive with strategies to attack.

None notable, witnessed, or observed.

During the application process, this company has horrible ethics and is unprofessional. After they listed clear qualifications, and I satisfied each of those, they stated they would not proceed because I didn't have the qualifications. I am not even sure they read my resume at this point and just used a "canned" response, they send everyone. Either way, good luck with this company, they seem to have other issues, being rated what they are.
