Pros
Great people, good environment. Overall, the management values UX/UI and evangelizes it. One has the chance of working on a variety of projects ranging from UX Research to simple UI Designs.
Cons
Due to the size of the company (and the market it's in) it has limited capabilities of talent attraction when compared with some tech giants who, in turn, can attract talent with a lot more offers and wages.
