Good company for a learner - Software Engineer InnovaPoint Infotech Employee Review

it is giving average salary for it's employee if you know how to speak sweet talking they welcomes you. if you are freshers then it good to start.

It is too small company only have 10-15 employees. even they do not have office boys to clean desktops, laptops offices. need to clean yourself. poor infrastructure/ facility / traps employee to join their. late night working working culture they have some old employees who watches other employees works, desktop (what are employee doing other than work on internet, like banking, electricity bill pay, etc ). they have limited access of internet not used personal purposes. company budget are too small salary increment is too bad. dirty politics from "Old Spoon Employee". if you are master in politics and how to know save your chairs then please join to spoil your career

Team is good and helpful.

Culture is getting bad earlier culture was good.
