      They have good benefits there

      Cons

      There are a lot of old time employees who have an air of superiority and don’t take kindly to change. People are expected to work long hours and no overtime and morale is very low.

      - 3 weeks on site working, 1 week paid travel home - salary, vehicle allowance, per diem

      - on site leadership is terrible - corporate office in Canada makes many mistakes leading to issues on site
