Fun, fast paced startup - Anonymous employee Innova Dynamics Employee Review

Great place to work, with amazing people.

It's a hard-tech start-up with all the trials and tribulations associated therewith. Also, as the founder, my thoughts here are going to be inherently biased -- so I'll defer to others.

There were fun colleagues (non-managerial staff), free lunch was ok although it really is a bait for us to take 30 minute instead of 1 hour lunches. Decent benefits for a start-up.

The success of the company will only benefit upper management. But isn't it supposed to be a start up? I was a temp-to-hire at the company for 3 months, felt like 2nd class citizens since other positions were recruited with instant benefits and relocation fee. I felt terrible because the little people's voice were never heard in a 30+ company. Why manage a start-up like a conglomerate?
