Pros
The mission of the PACE program is great. Health insurance benefits are reasonably priced. Floating holidays and wellness days are given (depending on quarterly goals). Company kept staff (even hired staff) & have provided employees "care packages" with masks, hand sanitizer, etc. during COVID19 pandemic.
Cons
Compensation is lacking, annual "merit increases" barely cover cost of living. Company holds no value in employee retention, employee always feels replaceable. Upper management has extremely high expectations for operations at center level - nearly impossible to meet without employee burnout. PTO accrual is low.
