Tall tales and promises of "Shares" that will never come to pass. Below average industry pay (below median). Expected to work EXTREME hours with no other compensation. No Management - everyone pretty much reports to the CEO, which causes chaos. CEO only rewards employees in inner circle. If you are a hard worker but outside circle you are a peon. Zero Career potential.. Your job is to do whatever is needed to be done, regardless. No formal review process. You sit with CEO that knows nearly nothing about what you do for 15 mins and a pep talk. Many have gone 2-4 years without a Raise, and the ones who did get raises had to beg/threaten to quit. Avoid this place if you value long term opportunity and Work/life Balance.
