Pros
non. I would not recommend anyone to work for ITS since they will not pay you your salary and try to exploit the legal system to escape what they have signed on paper before.
Cons
Dishonest management, trying to fool personnel. Not paying salaries until after first hearing in local court. I would not recommend anyone to start for ITS, without reciving payment in advance and at least 50% over market. Im aware of at least 7 different persons who had sue ITS for reciving their leagal rights. (On 100 employees, thats 7% !).
