      Pros

      I started my professional career at Innospec and it has opened up some amazing opportunities for me. Very lucky to have worked with the team I did.

      With it being such a large company the flexibility to react to individual cases for things like pay rises can be disappointing

      Can wear many hats; lots of encouragement to propose ideas and projects.

      Cons

      Mobility upwards is very slow, the company overall trends to trend on the older side, very little young talent.
