Pros
Good colleagues for some dept. The dept I'm have good colleagues who are willing to help each other.
Cons
1. Toxic environment: pushing responsibilities. No accountability on things 2. Political: you mus know how to play politics to survive here else u will be scapegoat when things happened 3. Incompetent Managers: Managers here only know how talk and push things around. Managers who know how to do work are leaving and yet company not doing anything to retain them. 4. Method of Retaining Ppl: heard some ppl tender but got retained by mgmt and got salary increment. Not 1 I heard this happened. 5. Promotion not by capability but if you are in a good relationship w boss. 6. Pay is very low and working hours are super long. They expect you to hv no life after work. Jus work n work.. and pay so low. Some Managers still expect you to come back work when you on leave or mc 7. HR is super powerless, go to them can see they try to help but at the end management jus overwrite them when some big shot managers with strong backing make noise.
