      - Flat Hierarchy where needed - Open discussion - Time given to learn and explore new technologies - Opportunities and space given to grow in a profile - Easy going work place and colleagues - 0 Tolerance to office politics

      Need more processes in place in terms of Client on boarding Should have more streamlined communication between the client - management and the developers.

      Pros

      If you are looking for a company to grow and showcase your skills Innopix is the place for you. If you are looking for typical 9-6 job I would recommend don't join. Here we are group of people having expertise in different technologies. Also people with good sense of humor as well, that's really rare nowadays. - Flexible timings - Great work culture - Snacks and beverages for employee - Flat hierarchy - Always open on working with new technologies - Good tech leads to help you grow
