Pros
Innophos used to be a very good place to work. Lots of activities and team building, great team of knowledgeable people.
Cons
Now Innophos is an empty shell, no management, no direction, no future. HR are unapproachable and incompetent. There is no training, no team. Employees do not care any more. Company trying to change the core of the business but it is not going in the right direction.
