      Pros

      Management is always looking for ways to get employees involved and reward employees who work hard. There are always exciting things going on. There is a good work culture here, and definitely a lot of room for learning opportunities and upward mobility.

      Cons

      Company is still relatively new. Benefits package can be improved upon.
