Pros
1. Casual leaves and Earned can be mixed and can be used as we wish. 2. Flexible work hours. Have to maintain 9 hours average. 3. Number of Events to participate.
Cons
1. Websites blocked like Youtube, Facebook etc 2. Strict CTO 3. No Table tennis to play. We can only play between 1PM to 2PM and after 8PM. 4. No wash basin in cafeteria. We have to run to wash room every time we eat.
