      Die Ausgründung von Siemens hat zu einem Wildwuchs und einer Schnellbesetzung von Führungsaufgaben mit ungeeigneten Kandidaten und Kandidatinnen geführt. CEO hat seine absoluten Lieblinge, welche charakterlich wenig Reife haben und toxische Höhenflüge absolvieren. Ferner fehlt es insbesondere in den administrativen Rollen an moderner Fachkompetentz. Kein onboarding von neuen Leuten, keine durchdachte HR Strategie.
