I am working with this organization for more than 3 years and I would say it is a beautiful experience. Some of the points I would like to mention : 1- Innofied gives you an environment to learn new skills. 2- Management team and seniors are very cooperative and friendly. 3- You can be recognised as an individual. 4- There is ample transparency in the organization, You can connect and talk with CTO, and even CEO when needed. 5. You will be rewarded for your hard work.
Cons
Sometimes, there are some extra work load when projects are about to be delivered. Sometimes you have to handle multiple projects under different managers at the same time. It can hamper your work life balance.
