• Bollywood(even Hollywood) can get exceptional villain ideas from the management. • One can very well re-live history, especially how the masters tortured their slaves. • You will realise the value of money after getting Rs 300 hike. • You will learn the algorithm of "N number of ways to screw employees".
Cons
• ALL 5 start reviews here are *FAKE* (given by the CEO's wife and 1-2 other management guys). One of the CEOs used to stand behind us forcing to give 5 start reviews. • The company is in utter ruins. It is a goldmine for an entrepreneur to learn what NOT to do. • They will psychologically ruin you. If you don't believe me, join and find out. • One CEO is a pure narcissist. He will blame you for things you haven't even done. Everything is others' fault. He is a big time bully and has a brittle ego. And of course he is a dysfunctional fellow. • The other CEO is a wicked guy. He is a baseless "dude" who thinks that giving dialogs like Salman Khan is the coolest thing to do. • The management has a "My way or the highway" attitude. In the sense that they will screw you right before your eyes and you won't be able to do anything. For example, I was once given 8K less salary because I didn't reply to an email. • There is a salary component that they cleverly injected so that they can omit that portion during your notice period. And it is a SIGNIFICANT portion! • I can go on writing about much more, but even remembering those days gives me PTSD. DO NOT JOIN THE COMPANY. IF YOU DID, GOD BLESS YOUR SOUL!
