Management and toxic culture kills it. Billing culture and toxic bullying from management. When it was Lumagate it was OK, when Innofactor came in, things changed and not for the better.. A few people in Innofactor are lifted up as GODS and everyone else are forced to work for the betterment of them. Management does not have technical understanding of cloud landscape causing huge rifts between strategy and tactics.
