      Pros

      There's incredibly fast growth for people with great potential. The work environment is also really good, with really supportive colleagues. Pay is also great!

      Cons

      Not sure if it applies to all employees but in our DU, you start with 0 leaves at the start of the year or employment and you only get leave credits after each month. So if you have plans for a break during the early months of the year, you'll be limited.

      Micromanaging and inconsistencies of communication, policies, and procedures of management (team leads, trailers, QA analysts, and Ops Managers), 6 day workweeks, no bereavement leave, project based employment of more than 6 months (Very low chance of regularization)
