Innowell has a really diverse and inclusive team, and openly welcome people of all sexuality, race, gender, and have a great mix of all. As a minority I was made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable, it was just natural, in a way I've never experienced at any other company. The culture is all about building things that help vulnerable people, and everyone cares deeply about the mission, which is super inspiring.

Like any startup, of course there are problems still being ironed out, normal stuff, nothing too serious. There is sometimes a very academic view of the world but this is shifting a lot in recent years.

Great people at lower levels, convenient office location

Upper management was completely disconnected to the rest of the team (surprising for a small start-up); work culture was incredibly toxic (many were overworked and undervalued, others were sitting around with nothing to do and no one to guide them); worst of all, quick turnover was rampant- people either left because they were miserable, or their contracts were terminated for wanting reasonable pay or wanting to start a family
