      1. Upper Management isn't toxic or micromanaging, teammates are okay and friendly. But my career was not there so I had to go find another job more aligned to my path. 2. Healthcare for 1 dependent is nice to have

      Cons

      (Not a Con) But there was a retrenchment in the past as per the rumor mill, but they got absorbed by another company so maybe they got out of trouble.

      lax work culture, competitive benefits (initially) compared to other PH companies, coworkers are insanely friendly - i still maintain some of the relationships i made here

      Government Benefits, Fun Activities, WFH allowance, Insurance, Vaccination program

      Cons

      1. Supervisor doesn't listen to suggestions and improvements, quickly turns down any suggestions and doesn't acknowledge best practices for programming languages 2. Coding structures are a disaster, mostly in the worst practice 3. Co-workers Degrades you based on your job title 4. Worst company to start your career if you don't know if what is the best practice 5. You'll be working on a single project maintaining it, No new project means No GROWTH
