      Pros

      Has a startup feel even if the company is more than 5 years old. Open and collaborative culture. You can talk to almost anyone in the company

      Cons

      Having the startup environment also has flaws since processes are not yet set in stone. A lot are experimental and sometimes feedback is not constructively taken

      1. Upper Management isn't toxic or micromanaging, teammates are okay and friendly. But my career was not there so I had to go find another job more aligned to my path. 2. Healthcare for 1 dependent is nice to have

      Cons

      (Not a Con) But there was a retrenchment in the past as per the rumor mill, but they got absorbed by another company so maybe they got out of trouble.

      lax work culture, competitive benefits (initially) compared to other PH companies, coworkers are insanely friendly - i still maintain some of the relationships i made here

      salary growth stagnation, sudden retrenchments
