      Good culture, good communication, you can try to negotiate annually for a better income.

      Cons

      It's a consultancy so you don't really work for then.

      Good culture, young spirit from the employes and good comissions.

      Cons

      Salary isn’t sufficient if you put in perspective how much work you have to do (aswell as luck) in order to have a comission.
