      Pros

      Good company, the pay is good and you can talk to management very easily. There is a lot of people that will help you as well if you have any questions.

      Cons

      No overtime, PTO is not the best only 8 hrs per month for first 5 years then 10 hrs/month. Does not carry over either.

      • Caring managers who invested in you • Easy to talk to management • PTO was easy to take

      Cons

      • High stress • A lot of grey area for the job • While the company I was caring for had a lot of paid holidays, Innosource only had paid federal holidays, which was far less than what the parent company got.
