      Pros

      - 1 hit wonder game bringing stable income. - Nice parties.

      Cons

      - Mediocre games, anything interesting gets cancelled before it is given a chance. - Toxic culture and political play. - The higher the people the less passionate they are about gaming. They could be in a sausage factory and wouldn't realize the difference. - Cumbersome career paths and appraisal processes are there to prevent people from getting deserved promotions and salary raises.
