Pros
- great work environment with a lot of benefits like in-house gym, subsidy to the public transportation, free drinks, gaming area, tons of company events - challenging task and the freedom to try out new things - very good development opportunities, development needs and measures are discussed in the appraisal that take place twice per year - nice and modern office with well-equipped workplaces - free mobile device for personal use - flexible working hours - open information sharing as well as regular management q&a sessions
Cons
For sure there are always things that can be improved but I'm personally very happy and do not see any cons at the time being.
