It’s complicated - Anonymous employee Innis Maggiore Group Employee Review

My time at Innis Maggiore was such a rewarding experience. I was selected for their Digital Marketing Internship and wasn’t sure what to expect due to never working in an agency before. This team exceeded my expectations tenfold. Each day I was taught something new, not just handed a task but thoroughly taught and trained on the topic. The team I worked under made me feel confident in my work and gave me valuable feedback to continue the growth of my knowledge. No question went unanswered and no limits were put on my creativity. This group is more than coworkers. They are a family that celebrates each other’s wins and thrives on collaboration. I feel very lucky to have been a member of that family for 3 months.

There are no cons to working at Innis Maggiore

This internship was one of the highlights of my college career. Having the opportunity to work with some of the best people I have ever worked with in business and learning from people that have true mastery of their craft was a phenomenal growing opportunity. I was asked to work on live client accounts and contribute to multiple projects. I had the opportunity to work in multiple departments and see how a full-service marketing agency operates.

I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience with Innis Maggiore. I have worked a lot of jobs and been in multiple fields of business I have never been more excited to go to work for another company and look forward to showing up and working each and everyday.
