Pros
My co-workers are amazing! It's incredibly enjoyable to come to work everyday among some of the best and brightest from a variety of skillsets and disciplines. You're always encouraged to collaborate on projects and provide insight and ideas, even if the topic of discussion isn't necessarily in your own wheelhouse; they'd rather hear your idea for something outside your area of expertise than have you stay silent. Management is transparent about finances, how the agency is promoting itself, and overall agency health. The culture is healthy, and while the work environment can certainly be stressful, it's also the most rewarding job experience I've ever had.
Cons
From time to time there are concerns in the agency, as with any work environment. However, management are always willing to listen to associates' concerns. In my time at the agency, I've had a couple, and every time I've gone to the CEO and COO with my concerns they've been addressed promptly and to the satisfaction of all involved.
