      Good pay, beautiful location, great cantine. Good comraderie between workers for the most part.

      Cons

      Very limited possibilities to advance, senior management come from outside of the company. Some hiring based on diversity targets, although the top management are all white and male and over 50.

      Upper management refuses to reward hard workers and let people who complain get what they deserve want. These are also the people who create problems or don’t do anything
