Good colleagues EXCEPT for the Operations Manager and the Founder/CEO.

I am concerned that both the Operations Manager and the Founder/CEO have not been transparent with employees regarding the company's payroll situation. There have been recurring delays in salary payments, and payslips have not been consistently provided. The explanations given to employees have often been unclear or inconsistent, creating confusion and raising concerns about the company's handling of payroll and employee communications.
