I’ve been with Innerwell for three years, starting as a Marketing Assistant and growing into my current role as a Marketing Associate. Throughout my time here, I’ve felt valued by the company, with opportunities to grow and recognition for my contributions. Working as an offshore team member, the global exposure and flexibility at Innerwell have been two key aspects of my experience. Being able to work from home while collaborating with a team in different locations has helped me maintain a reasonable work-life balance. The leadership team is approachable, empathetic, and genuinely invested in the well-being and growth of the team. With members from over four countries, Innerwell has fostered a positive culture of inclusion and mutual respect, where open communication is encouraged. Overall, Innerwell offers a good balance of flexibility, fair pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment. It’s been a rewarding experience to be part of this team.

Great people, great ethics, flexibility, community-oriented, solution-focused, workplace wellbeing encouraged, praises achievements, amazing onboarding process with lots of opportunities to shadow before thrown in at the deep end.
