      -The team is really amazing and supportive -realistic work expectations and deadlines -good exposure to the professional world - genuinely nice people, want the best for their interns.

      Pros

      Inner Spark was a great, family-owned place to work. Lunch was provided once and week, and the team was always cordial.

      Cons

      I feel as though I didn't learn much. The internship really helped me hone my writing skills. However, I feel as though I didn't learn anything new.
